Grassfed Dexter Beef braising steak.Braising steak was the first cut of Dexter beef I ever tasted, and i went back for more before establishing the Rosewood herd. Cut from the Chuck/Blade muscles in the shoulder, braising steak works hard and plays hard. Braised with onions to make a thick gravy accompanied by mashed potato, this meal brings back memories of Summer/Autumn 1995 for me. Total minimum order of 5kg for national & (free) local delivery.
